Mac Borg New Media Internship for Summer 2015

New Jersey Press Foundation offers paid summer internships to college students who are interested in pursuing journalism careers and want to explore new ways of communicating with readers. Students who attend New Jersey colleges or who are New Jersey residents currently enrolled at other U.S. colleges are invited to apply.

For summer 2015, the college students selected will receive an internship to work in the newsroom of a NJPA member newspaper or media company. Each recipient will receive a salary of $400 per week for a minimum of eight weeks.

This internship is made possible by a fund established by North Jersey Media Group, family and friends of Mac Borg to develop the next generation of New Jersey journalists.

The application deadline is Tuesday, December 30, 2014.

The application form for the 2015 Mac Borg New Media Internship is available now.
