Coast media company is seeking a sales manager to develop,
train and motivate remote classified call center sales
associates and to implement and execute sales strategies for
ancillary advertising products in the market.
Successful candidate will be a motivated, proven sales
performer with leadership and consultative selling
experience. Excellent communications and presentation skills
required. Strong interpersonal skills necessary to
effectively manage, delegate and coordinate work with
subordinates and other departments.
Bachelor's degree & 4-5 years'
related sales management experience or equivalent
combination of education and experience. Specific classified
and advertising sales experience including marketing trends,
external conditions and research that would affect the
primary activities of the job is required.
